2010 Youth Lacrosse Registration

Registration for 2010 is now open.
Registration for 2010 season will begin on October 30, 2009.

Season notes:

**The age limit for Tots is age 5 – 2nd grade. The player needs to be five years old by January 1, 2010. Tots will run from 9:00am – 10:00am on Sundays starting in early April and ending in early June.

Registration for ALL teams both Boys and Girls

U15 (grades 7-8)...cost $150 per player

U13 (grades 5-6)...cost $150 per player

U11 (grades 3-4)...cost $150 per player

U9 (grades 1-2)...cost $150 per player

TOTS...cost $75 per player

Please Note: the USLAX fee is included in the Registration Fee

Refund Policy:
NYLA offers a refund of the annual fee as follows:
Prior to Feb 28th, full refund.
From 3/1 until 1st practice, refund minus $25 fee
From 1st practice until 3/31, refund minus $50 fee

After 4/1, no refunds
